These terms cover your use of the DailyMath mobile app. By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
DailyMath is a math puzzle game: one daily challenge shared by every player, plus 20 worlds of 100 levels each. It is free and complete — there are no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, no advertising and no accounts. Everything runs on your device and works offline.
You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, sell, rent, reverse engineer or redistribute the app or its puzzle content, beyond what applicable law allows you to do regardless of these terms.
The app, its name, its puzzle dataset and its artwork stay ours. Sharing your daily result grid is expressly encouraged.
The app stores your progress locally. Uninstalling it deletes that progress, and there is no backup or sync — we cannot restore it for you.
The app sends anonymous usage and crash data unless you switch it off in Settings → Privacy. What is collected and why is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
Do not use the app to break the law, and do not try to interfere with it or with the service that mirrors the puzzle dataset — for example by attacking it, scraping it at abusive rates or trying to extract solutions in advance.
The app is provided as it is. We may update it, change how it works, or stop distributing it. The puzzle dataset covers a finite number of days; when it runs out, the app asks you to update. We do not promise the app will be free of bugs or available without interruption.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from using it. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country — including, in the EU and UK, your legal guarantees, and in Australia, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
The app is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Their own terms also apply to your download and use, and each store's refund and cancellation policies are the ones that govern any transaction made through it.
Apple is not a party to these terms, is not responsible for the app or its content, and has no obligation to provide support for it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
If these terms change, the updated version will be published at this same address, with a new date at the top. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the new version.
